The Allegany State Park Historical Society thrives because of the time, energy, and passion of volunteers and supporters who care deeply about Allegany State Park. Whether you’re interested in helping at events, supporting educational programs, assisting with historical preservation, or simply sharing your enthusiasm for the park, there are many ways to get involved.
By getting involved, you help strengthen our mission, build community, and ensure that Allegany State Park’s history and natural beauty continue to be appreciated for generations to come.
The Allegany State Park Historical Society holds monthly meetings on the third Saturday of each month, providing an opportunity for members and guests to connect, learn, and stay informed about the Society’s work.
Meetings often include updates on ongoing projects, planning for upcoming events, and presentations related to the history, culture, and natural resources of Allegany State Park. All are welcome to attend, and membership is not required to participate.
